RaidPresence is a Discord bot designed to help World of Warcraft guilds manage raid attendance through a reverse sign-up system. The Bot provides features including:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RaidPresence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption
• We are not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the Bot
• You use the Bot at your own risk

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Discord Compliance

RaidPresence is a third-party bot and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Discord Inc. Users must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using this Bot.
